SALIENT TRAVEL INFORMATION

• Fare includes: Train food, sightseeing, food (Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks & Dinner) & accommodation (separate room with attached bath for each family to ensure privacy), train coolie.

• Rail Ticket Service: Railways berth reservation depends completely on railway authorities.

• Cost not includes: Train/Air fare, entry fee, boating, pony/dandy-horse charges, medical cost, helicopter, cable car, laundry, where bus/car does not enter and any other personal expenses.

• Room Clarification:
Single person paying extra for double bedded room.
For three persons – triple bedroom will be provided if available, otherwise double bedroom with extra mattress.

• Children Policy:
Children from 5 to 11 years will be charged 15% less (without hotel bed).
Children from 3 to less than 5 years will be charged 50% less (without hotel bed).

• Infant Charges (Less than 3 years):
– Up to 9 days tour: ₹1,495/-
– Up to 13 days tour: ₹1,995/-
– Up to 16 days tour: ₹2,995/-

• Advance Booking:
Seats are reserved on payment of ₹5,000/- per head as an advance.

• Cash Payment Confirmation:
When you pay after booking any part payment by cash, you must confirm on
WhatsApp: 98302-80387

• Balance Payment:
Balance amount should be paid in full 30 days prior to the journey date when supplied tour programme.

• Mode of Payment:
Passengers are requested to issue A/C Payee Cheque (Kolkata clearance) / Demand Draft in favour of
“SAMRAT TRAVELS”.

• Please reserve your seats before 120 days from the date of journey for better service.

• Please see cancellation & other rules on the reverse side of the bill.

• Arrangement of group / group tours available.

• Please contact for Train Ticket, Air Ticket, Hotel Booking & Car Rental.

• All passengers must carry Original Photo ID during the journey.

• All the time we are under pressure attitude. So passengers are requested to check the rail/air timings.
If there is wrongly printed rail/air timing in the programme chart, passengers can rectify it and inform us.
